PACKAGING
All orders are wrapped and ribbon tied, ready for gift giving.
PAYMENT
All prices represented in this shop are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Transactions are processed through PayPal. You can use credit cards and debit cards through PayPal without having a PayPal account. Once you have filled your cart and wish to checkout you will be directed to PayPal to pay for your order. PayPal will send you a reciept for your payment via email. Please retain this as your proof of purchase as I do not print and send paper reciepts.
SHIPPING
Please be sure to check that all address details entered during checkout are correct.
Orders are shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Orders are shipped via Australia Post - with or without tracking.
Delivery time will take an AVERAGE of 7 business days but can take longer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders are shipped by Australia Post International Air Mail with tracking.
Delivery time will take an AVERAGE of 2-4 weeks but can take longer.
FEE'S & CHARGES
All customs, duties and tax charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only given to faulty items - photos of items will be required.
Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis.
